Acceptable Use Policy

To keep the Service safe and lawful for everyone, you agree to use your rented iPhone only for legitimate purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party terms.

1. Lawful use only

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with all laws and regulations that apply to you, to the United States (where the device is located), and to any services you access.

2. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in fraud, scams, identity theft, impersonation or any deceptive practice.
  • Create fake identities or engage in activity intended to deceive payment, banking or verification systems unlawfully.
  • Distribute malware, conduct hacking, credential stuffing, or unauthorized access to systems.
  • Send spam, conduct phishing, or carry out coordinated inauthentic behavior that violates a platform’s rules.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit or harm others, or produce or distribute illegal content (including CSAM, which is strictly forbidden and reported).
  • Infringe intellectual property rights or violate the privacy of others.
  • Attempt to jailbreak, tamper with, resell, or interfere with the device or our infrastructure.

3. Platform and app compliance

Many social media, banking, streaming and verification platforms have their own terms of service. Using a real US device does not exempt you from those terms. You are solely responsible for complying with the rules of every third-party platform or app you access through the Service, including rules about automation, multiple accounts and account warming.

4. Responsible automation

If you use the Service for marketing, testing or account management, do so responsibly and within the limits each platform allows. We do not endorse or support any activity that violates a platform’s terms or applicable law.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access without refund, remove content, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate. Violations of this policy are also violations of our Terms of Service.
