All sales are final. RentphoneUSA does not offer refunds. Please read this policy in full before subscribing.

1. No refunds
All payments for the RentphoneUSA service are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription payment is made, we do not provide refunds, credits or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the Service.
- Early cancellation or unused time within a billing period.
- Dissatisfaction with features or performance.
- Account suspension or termination due to policy violations.
2. Why payments are final
We provision a dedicated, real iPhone 12 with a live US SIM and 50GB US mobile data / month for you at the start of each billing period. These are committed costs, and payments are made in cryptocurrency, which is inherently irreversible.
3. Cryptocurrency payments
Because we accept cryptocurrency only, transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed on the blockchain. You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct address. We are not responsible for funds sent incorrectly.
4. Service issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem with the Service, contact us and we will work in good faith to resolve it (for example, by restoring access or addressing connectivity). This does not entitle you to a refund.
5. Try before you commit
Because all sales are final, we encourage you to ask questions and start with a single month before committing long-term. Reach us any time via our contact page.
6. Acknowledgement
By subscribing to and paying for the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this no-refund policy.
