Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using RentphoneUSA(the “Service”), including the website at https://iphone.rentphoneusa.com and the device portal at https://ios.rentphoneusa.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

RentphoneUSA provides remote access to a real, non-jailbroken iPhone 12 physically located in the United States, equipped with a US SIM and 50GB US mobile data / month. You control the device in real time through your web browser. The Service is provided on a subscription basis at $250 per month and includes 24/7 access with unlimited usage time, subject to the included monthly data allowance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of a US-based device is lawful in your own jurisdiction.

4. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity, or in violation of the terms of any third-party platform or app you access through the device.

5. Subscriptions and payment

• The Service is billed monthly in advance at $250.
• We accept cryptocurrency payments only.
• Access continues for the paid period; to continue, you must renew your subscription.
• Prices may change for future billing periods; we will communicate changes before they take effect.

6. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please review our Refund Policy before subscribing. By paying, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any unused time, early cancellation, or dissatisfaction with the Service.

7. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your rented device.
• Do not attempt to jailbreak, tamper with, resell, or physically locate the device, or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure.
• Comply with the rules and terms of any third-party services, apps or platforms you access.

8. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, network issues, carrier outages or events beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. The included data allowance is 50GB US mobile data / month; once exhausted, mobile data performance may be reduced until the next cycle.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without refund if you violate these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if required by law, or to protect the Service, our providers or other users.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RentphoneUSAis not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “iPhone” is a trademark of Apple Inc.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RentphoneUSA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, accounts or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
